The number one factor in selling your home is the curb appeal! You have to get them in the door! If you are not putting your best foot forward in telling them you are serious about selling your home then they will not be serious about buying it! Let’s face it, most people judge a book by its cover, and selling your home is no different!
Buyers respect home sellers more when they see that you have valued your home and show pride of ownership. Curb appeal is the first sign of your pride! They’ll be running through the door to see what’s inside!
